Brooke Hogan has apparently decided to call off her engagement to Dallas Cowboys center, Phil Costa. Costa proposed to Brooke in Vegas back in June. Reportedly, Brooke decided they were taking things way too fast. She recently moved to Los Angeles and hopes to focus more on her music career. According to TMZ, Brooke plans to put the finishing touches on her new album and spend some time with her mom, Linda.
